Reservation for room did not include park and fly and this was not clear at any level

Would have stayed closer to airport if I had known that my room did not include parking.

This suites hotel is outstanding! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. Desk staff was extremely helpful and gave good advice. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to tour San Francisco. It is out of town, but easy enough to ride the train into town. ...read more

This hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. The suite was two comfortable rooms with a small kitchen area and bath in between. A hot breakfast was provided, but with very limited choices. The eggs, bacon, potatoes were too greasy for my taste. The free shuttle to and from the airport and the proximity of the airport were big pluses for this hotel. ...read more
